These are SUCH good people. From the office to the serviceman, they are very kind, honest, and warm. I had them come out for a quote on an old AC unit in my condo, and they gave me very straightforward information so that I could make a decision. They looked at my 15-year-old furnace and educated me on what was wrong with it. Aaron is so great! I wish I had hired him and Morris Air Electric sooner. He explained my furnace issue in detail (and in layman’s terms), is great at problem-solving, and understands timeliness and how important communication is to a customer.
